Returns Policy

Eligibility

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns will not be accepted for change of mind.

Returned items must not have been opened and must be returned in original packaging within 14 days. Items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us via email at health@botanicells.com.au with your name, order details, and the item you wish to return. We will respond with instructions on how to process your return.

Processing

Once we have received your returned item we will process your refund, replacement product, or store credit within 24 hours. Any shipping fees will be paid for by the customer.
